Healing from Within: A Somatic & Yoga-Informed Approach to Trauma Recovery
A 2-Day Experiential Workshop for Therapists & Clinicians | 10 CE Hours
Join us for a transformative two-day workshop designed to deepen your understanding of trauma and enhance your clinical practice through the lens of the nervous system. Grounded in evidence-based research, this experiential training blends trauma theory with somatic psychology and trauma-informed yoga.
You’ll explore the neurobiology of trauma, gain tools for nervous system regulation, and learn body-based interventions to support both clients and yourself. Through movement, breath, and reflective practices, you’ll walk away with new skills, embodied insights, and a renewed connection to your work.
Perfect for mental health professionals seeking to expand their trauma competency, prevent burnout, and bring more depth, care, and resilience into their practice.
Tentative Schedule:
Overview
This retreat-style training explores how trauma impacts the nervous system and how evidence-based somatic and yoga-informed interventions can foster healing for both clients and clinicians. Participants will gain clinical tools, deepen nervous system literacy, and leave with practical techniques to apply in therapeutic practice.
